The cemented carbide pressure die consists of two parts,a steel sleeve and a tungsten steel core.
When the tungsten steel core is worn,it can quickly replace the new products with high hardness,good thermal conductivity and small friction coefficient.
It has low cost and can be used in some wire rod processes with high loss and high hardness.

The tungsten carbide mold core can withstand 2800℃ high temperature.
